Trying to remember that it's only time and that will pass soon enough.

Home alone

Nice day yesterday spending some time alone. Debbie took the girls to see the Muppet movie, which she said was good, so I spent the afternoon alone.  I got some errands done and had some nice quiet time to read and take a long walk. It's nice to know your not in a rush to get anything done or get home to listen to little girls argue with one another.

Some people never change

All life demands struggle. Those who have everything given to them become lazy, selfish, and insensitive to the real values of life. The very striving and hard work that we so constantly try to avoid is the major building block in the person we are today.

Happy Sabbath

I am so happy that my day of rest has arrived. Izzy performed with the children's choir during both services. We also attended the Sabbath school holiday brunch and the choir lunch.
