Friday

Today was the second day of our last Trimester. The day went well at school. Debbie, Britty, Marty and I had tickets for a Mighty Ducks games against the Minnesota Wild. Britty started throwing up, so Britty and Debbie couldn't go. I tried to call a few friends but no one wanted to go. So it was just Marty and I. The Ducks beat the Wild, 4-2. It was a pretty good game. Marty and I got to talk alittle and that was nice. When I got home I watched a movie, "A History of Violence." It was a good movie and it made me think about leaving my past behind and how difficult that's been in many cases. Talked to my friends Ryan and Tim today while I was at the game. It was nice to hear from them. Tim and I have been friends for years, Ryan and I have only know each other for about two years, but he's a really nice guy. I like talking to him. There are a few other things I'd like to write about but it's getting late and nothing is really resolved yet.

Thursday, The kids came back today!

I had a nice day with the kids at school. I'm back on track until the end of the year in June. I went to dinner with some of my AA friends at Mimi's, and then off to my regular AA meeting. We talked about how AA wasn't a quick fix. I shared, that although I've been in the program almost 13 years now, I am still growing and maturing. It seems that alcohol stunted my emotional growth and maturity. It's been since I came to AA, and gave up alcohol, that I've learned to become an adult. I still look towards the people in AA, friends, family and God for direction and guidance. As time has gone on, I really believe that I've grown tremendously as a person. Things are still difficult, but I believe that as time goes on I'll grow to be a better person. It seems that I gather bits of information everyday about life that help me. I have some good examples.

Sony BRAVIA - The Advert

My last day of vacation.

I had lunch today with Alfred Riddle, the principal of Mesa Grande SDA Academy and Ed Haddad the business manager of the school. We ate at El Charo and had a nice meal. Other then that I pretty much just hung out at home.

I use it for Wartuning. It works great with XP Pro and iTunes. Ryan and I leeched several albums from other people at Coffee Roasters today.

Monday and Coffee Roasters

Today, I'm just relaxing with Ryan at Coffee Roasters here in Riverside. It's caffine and free wireless.

Sunday

I woke up early Sunday. It was a nice morning. Debbie dropped off Britty at school at 10:00 AM for a work bee at the softball field. Tom, the coach, for Britty's softball team needed the field worked on. Debbie and I, took Aubrey and Kimmie to see some baby goats over at Nancy's house. They'd been born about 3 hours earlier and they looked so cute. The girls really liked them. We stayed about an hour and then went home. I mowed, edged and trimmed the backyard. Then it was BBQ time. I bbq'd some teriyaki chicken for dinner. I'd have to say, it was a great dinner. Debbie did some great potatoes and the chicken rocked. After that Jack and I had coffee at Starbucks. We stayed until closing. When I got home, I was ready for bed. I'm still reading Clive Cusslers, Polar Shift.

Sabbath

Today, Britty had a Hand Bell Concert at the Hemet SDA Church today. It was nice although she only played two songs. I was alittle disappointed. I would have liked to see her play a few more songs. After church we went right home. Britty went riding with Roxie. Debbie had to run a few errands, so I just hung out and chatted with a few neighbors.
