Rough Night

It was a rough night last night. Both girls had a really tough time getting to sleep and I think Izzy sick. It's a cold, blustery day here in Beaumont. Debbie is staying home from work with Izzy and I'll take Amber to Mimi's house for the day. Tonight I have my Educational Leadership class and I am really pretty excited about going to school again.

Sometimes

Disneyland

What a place to go with two little girls. Izzy, Amber, Debbie and I went to Disneyland yesterday and had a great time. I think the biggest thing the girls did was seeing Tinker Bell. Merry Poppins boyfriend gave Amber a flower and told her to give it to Tinker Bell, he said it was from Peter Pan, but I have a feeling after looking at her that it was from him. On the way home we stopped at the Old Spaghetti Factory and it was good as usual.

Just sometimes

Backtrack

Having a heck of a time trying to get WiFi to work on this Backtrack 5 installation on a Dell D610. I am sure it's just a matter of time that I figure it out, but I am impatient this morning. 

Medieval Times

I went to Medieval Times yesterday with the kids from school, a field trip, and had a great time.  Everything went smoothly on the trip although I haven't checked my classroom to see what happened there. I intentionally avoided that like the plague so I wouldn't be pissed off, since I knew the kids would have given the substitute a run for his money.  They are getting alittle out of hand and I've had to sit of them pretty hard, so I can imagine what it was like for him. Our knight, the red knight didn't win the battle but all the kids had a great time.  I posted a few pictures on Flickr, but I didn't take my DSLR, I took an old point and shoot that I leave in my truck, so sorry if they aren't very good pictures.
